i was still sleeping when my mother arrive from work today. she woke me up and ask me to fetch her to the hospital. i asked her why? she said, her colleague submitted to the ER and it was critical. upon arrival at the hospital, i see lots of people've waited there already.
my mother asked me to wait in the car. while waiting, i observed a lot of thing.
more and more people arrived. patiently waiting under the hot sun. colleagues, relatives, friends. after a while, his 2 sons, come out from the hospital building. the older is holding the youngest's hand. they walked out towards a car, tailing 3 women (i supposed, their relatives). seing their face of uncertainty, their tears, made me sad.
10 minutes later, a van arrived. with some arabic words on it. and i know, he didnt make it.

He was my mother's colleague. They called him 'boss' since he is the headmaster. He always come to our house, without any notice, to talk to my parent. me and my siblings will miss that for sure. the last time i saw him is when i go to school to pick up my mother. since me, my mother and my sister will go to KK that afternoon for my sister medical checkup, she asked my mother who will drive there? ningkan will drive, my mother told him. he said 'oh, pelan2 saja kamu.' (means drive carefully).

i still cant accept the fact that he is gone. it just feel so unreal.
human. we never know when our time will arrive.
